Properties
- Moringa is naturally rich in antioxidants, vitamins, vegetable proteins and essential amino acids. It provides you with Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids as well as 14 important minerals.
- Rooibos has a calming effect thanks to the flavonoids quercetin, quercitrin and iso quercitrin which maintain well-being and improve the antidepressant and anti-allergic effect. Rooibos does not contain caffeine.
- Mint contains tannins that stimulate digestion. This plant is ideal for rest and mental relaxation.
Indication
No artificial flavors or additives.
Use
Infuse 2.5 g for 5 minutes in 250 ml of water heated to 100 ° C.
